Process service requests, prepare paperwork and fulfill customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance jobs, assigning tasks to technicians.
Monday-Friday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
24/7 On-Call Emergency
