I'm sure Beau is tired of me and my AC unit...but he wouldn't tell me if he was. He was very professional, extremely helpful and patience with explaining things to me. I had a few ducks that needed to be repaired, a float switch installed a drain pan that needed to be moved and my drain lined cleaned. Him and his team really worked with me on getting these repairs done and I'm grateful! My 5 star review isn't for clout, he gets out there and gets it fixed. Thanks again!

Everyone at Be Cool Ac have always gone above and beyond to help me. My AC was not cooling properly and Beau came out on a Saturday to check everything and found it was low on Freon. He repaired the problem and made sure it was cooling properly before leaving my house. Beau also called back to make sure it was continuing to cool. Suzanne is always very friendly as well and always calls me to let me know someone is on the way so i never have to worry. I highly recommend this Company and I will never go elsewhere. Very cost effective and very trustworthy. A+++++

Called early in the morning and received a callback shortly after they opened. They genuinely cared and sent a repairman over to get the system working. They followed up early the next morning to check on our welfare. They agreed installed a new a/c and heating unit. They were extremely professional from start to finish. I called Be Cool office regarding my air conditioner that was just blowing hot air, and temperature for that day- August 3 would reach 100 degrees. I was told that someone would return my call. Suzanne called immediately and provided me an estimated time for the technician’s arrival. The technician, Beau, arrived much earlier than time scheduled- that’s really great.He was professional, provided excellent service, answered all our questions, and explained what the problem was.It was a feeling of relief once the air conditioner started working and blowing cool air.I definitely will use Be Cool for my AC/heating needs. They were able to come out super quickly and the technician was awesome! He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently, already had the parts needed, and had everything fixed up within an hour. Very happy with their service; we found our new AC guys for sure!
